I live in Colorado and my mom in Waco. It's hard for me sometimes to help my mom with medical stuff due to the distance. He took the time to speak with me in depth over the phone, then with both of us via phone. He setup a time that worked for mom to go out to her since traveling is hard for her. He asked if the time would work for me too so that I could be there by phone. He really cares and did everything he could to help ease my mind and make sure mom's needs were met. He made sure I had copies of all the critical information and his contact information. We are both extremely happy for his assistance!
